Prices and payment

  • Product prices on this website exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. The total including VAT is shown before you pay.
  • DHL delivery is a flat £9.99 per order, including VAT. Collection from our Helmsley workshop is free.
  • Online orders are paid in full when ordered. Quoted work is invoiced as agreed in the quote.
  • If a price shown on the website is obviously wrong, we will contact you before making anything, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Artwork and proofs

  • After you order, send your artwork quoting your invoice number, or ask us to design it. We send a proof before printing, and production starts once you approve it.
  • Please check proofs carefully. We are not responsible for errors in wording, spelling or details that you approved.
  • You must have the right to use any logo, image or design you send us.
  • Printed colours can vary slightly from screen colours and between materials.

Delivery and collection

We ship within the UK with DHL. Delivery times quoted are estimates. Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any damage or mistakes within 7 days.

Fitting

Where we fit signs or vehicle graphics, you must make sure we have safe access, any permission or consent the sign needs, and a clean, sound surface. Vinyl removal and surface condition can affect results and removability; we will point out any concerns before we start.

Cancellations and returns

  • Almost everything we make is personalised or made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply once production has started (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • You can cancel free of charge before you approve your proof.
  • If something we supply is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Tell us and we will reprint, repair or refund as appropriate.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a business, beyond the price of the order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
