Vehicle wraps and part wraps
Printed vinyl that covers whole panels in colour, for vehicles that need to stop people in their tracks.
What you get
A part wrap covers a section of the vehicle, usually the sides and rear, in printed graphics, and leaves the rest in its own paint. It gives most of the impact of a full wrap for a fraction of the cost, and it is how we would approach most business vehicles.
Wrap film is printed on our Roland TrueVIS VG3-640, then fitted by hand around curves, recesses and edges. Because the design is printed rather than cut, it can carry photographs, gradients and as many colours as you like.
Full colour-change wraps on cars are a bigger job and depend heavily on the vehicle and the condition of its paint. Tell us the make, model and what you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly whether a full wrap or a part wrap is the better spend.
Vehicle wraps and part wraps: what people ask
Part wrap or full wrap?
For most business vans, a part wrap. It covers the panels people actually look at, costs less and is quicker to fit. Full wraps suit colour changes and show vehicles.
Will a wrap protect the paint?
Vinyl covers the paint it sits on, but it is not a repair. Chips, rust and poor resprays show through and can lift when the wrap is removed, so we check the bodywork first.
Can a wrap be removed?
Yes. Wrap film is designed to come off, which is why it suits lease vehicles. The condition of the paint underneath decides how cleanly it comes away.
