Printed on our own machines
Cards, flyers and stationery come off our two Xerox Versant 280 presses. Clothing is printed by DTF, floor mats and fabric on the Epson SureColor F6400H, and wallpaper and vinyl on the Mimaki and Roland wide-format printers.
How a T-shirt is printed
DTF means direct to film. It prints fine detail and bright colour onto dark or light garments, with no minimum run.
Designed on screen
Your logo or artwork is laid out for each garment, with sizes set for chest, back and sleeve prints.
Printed onto film
The DTF printer lays the design onto clear film in full colour with a white backing, then coats it with adhesive powder.
Pressed into the garment
The film is heat-pressed onto the fabric and peeled away, leaving a soft, stretchy print that washes well.
Start to finish
Three jobs followed from the first design on screen, through production in the workshop, to fitting.

Print & promo: what people ask
Is there a minimum order?
Not for most things. T-shirts, posters, floor mats and wallpaper can be ordered as one-offs. Business cards and flyers are priced in batches because that is how they are printed.
Can you print from my own file?
Yes. A print-ready PDF is ideal. If your artwork needs tidying up or you are starting from nothing, we can design it for you.
How is my order delivered?
Orders are shipped with DHL for a flat £9.99 per order, or you can collect free from our workshop in Helmsley.
